Presentation of “the start-up”

The temporary results of the contest to preselect the young’s groups have been proclaimed before conducting the final assessment. Then, the adventure continues….
Every preselected group has been represented for the formation respectively of three days for the candidates from Antananarivo and Toliary. Meetings with the representatives of the Ivontoerana Famongorana Valala ny Madagasikara eto or IFVM (ex-CNA), partner in the struggle against locusts, heightened the formations. As we say in malagasy: “Ny tao-trano tokoa tsy efan’irery” that means “one person can’t built a house lonely”.

Then, visits of the mayors of the two townships of intervention, of which Antaritarika in the Tsihombe district and Ambonaivo in the Ambovombe district, have been done with the promoters of the contest. The goal was to prepare the beginning of works on field. Exchanges were focused on the objectives of Mihary to transform the yearly calamity that is the infestation of the locusts in socioeconomic opportunities. The negotiation happened well thanks to the originality of the Concept.
